Bio: Jim Scheer was elected to Nebraska State Board of Education in 2005.  He has been the president of the State Board of Education since 2011. He is a former mayor of Norfolk, serving from 1984-1986. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His professional experience includes owning an insurance agency. Scheer lives in Norfolk with wife, Kristi, and three children: Keeli, Rachel and John.

William T. Goodpasture

Hometown: Woodland Park, NE

 Bio: William Goodpasture grew up in Woodland Park and from 1972-2001 served in the Army and Nebraska National Guard. He was a Stanton County Commissioner from 2007-2011.
