Lincoln farm-to-table cafe produces unique way of dining

Branched Oak Farms, located just north of Lincoln near Raymond, has been quietly changing the Lincoln food scene for a number of years.

Krista and Doug Dittman, the owners of the farm, focus on producing quality, organic dairy products.

The couple recently opened The Hub Café, Lincoln’s first farm-to-table restaurant concept. They think it’s important for people to know exactly where their food is coming from.

“When you check out at a grocery store, you are letting society know what you as a consumer want. Each grocery item is like a vote,” Doug Dittman said.
